Showered with Gifts!

Baby Shower's are so much fun, it is a time to celebrate Mom and baby with games, gifts, and treats! I had the opportunity to throw Lindsay a baby shower in January and it turned out great. That was the first time I had ever done something like that so I was a little nervous, but by the end I was happy with everything and especially happy with how much Lindsay enjoyed it.

So now then it was my turn. In March my friend Katie threw me a baby shower, with our friends here in Rexburg. It was a lot of fun and an exciting time to celebrate this little mover inside of me. I enjoyed seeing their friendly faces and being able to share this time with them.

At the start of May my sister-in-law Lindsay threw me a shower too. Lots of Shea's family came and everyone was so sweet and loving. I really appreciated the work Lindsay put into it, it was great. I enjoyed sharing the excitement of this baby's arrival with everyone. I loved all the new things I got, and now I can't wait for this baby to put them to use. I like to think that will be in just a couple more weeks. Can't Wait! Only 13 days left (till he is due)! Can you believe it?

The sad part about being here in Idaho is that my family is back east. Too far away. It is hard not to have them here during this exciting time. I wish I could have had a shower there or just have been able to visit, so that my friends and family could be a part of the celebration. I miss them all so much!

My family, even though they are miles away, graciously bought some big items for our baby boy to enjoy. Thanks family!

My family will be coming out to visit this new guy when he is born! I know that having them here will be such a help and such a treat, for them and me. And I know that I will miss them even more when they are gone. So I have a solution, they should just move in with me, might be a little cramped and might be a little hard for Shea, but hey it would be fun! Were family right, its worth it! So now I just have to convince them :) Love you all, can't wait to see you soon!
