Before Auntie Am leaves for her LAST SEMESTER OF COLLEGE, I let the kids skip school and we all played at the zoo for the day. It was perfect weather and we had the zoo to ourselves! FUN FACT this is my favorite zoo (I like small, not a lot of walking, close up exhibits, equipped with a petting zoo, and not a lot of crowds type zoos...am I weird?!?).
It was a special treat, since I've been wanting to take the kids since last year.
We loved seeing all the animals.
Getting up close and personal to some of them.
Eating lunch in the midst of it all.
And loving on Auntie Am!
