Greenbriar Lake

We had a chance to visit with some old friends for the day and we jumped at the chance.
We met at a local hotspot that I never had been to, Greenbriar Lake, it was about 30 minutes away. And worth every minute.
It has campgrounds and a huge lake/beach area.
I loved every minute catching up with an old college friend, Katie, and the kids loved every minute playing with their newest favorite playmates.
We had a great time playing lakeside and then enjoyed playing at their campsite and in their RV when a rainstorm hit.
It was great and after hotdogs, ice creams and much laughter was had we sadly left just in time to drive back before dark.

I can't wait to take Shea next year, maybe we too can make a camping trip out of it.

To celebrate Mother Nature decided to make it rain/pour all day, and at first I loved it and then Mother Nature took it too far.

We started off the day with Piper getting shots, then we got donuts and watched a storm come in the car and had Firehouse Subs for lunch, then after naps we went bowling and since our crackin crabs outdoor dinner got rained out we had dinner at Longhorn and an AMAZING CHEESECAKE at home to celebrate, I even got spoiled with some presents too!

 And the best part was having cake for breakfast the next morning!

Kindergarten Celebration & Connor's LAST DAY of KINDERGARTEN!

My Kindergartener

Connor's last week of school Connor had a Kindergarten Celebration, which was the sweetest and cutest and apparently for Connor the most embarrassing thing ever. But Bella and I loved every minute. Shea had to work but I taped everything and he watched it all later, Sydney and Bella stayed with my Mom so that I could focus on my little MAN!

To celebrate his awesome job at his celebration we had a water fight when he got home!

And just a couple days later he officially completed Kindergarten. I CANNOT BELIEVE IT!
This boy is starting FIRST GRADE in the FALL and is ALREADY STOKED for it!

Sad it's his LAST DAY!
