Shea and I went to the doctor on Monday and found out that we are having a boy! It was so exciting watching the ultrasound, he kept putting his hands in front of his face and trying to hide, it seemed. I guess we are going to have a shy one. It is so fun knowing this little one inside of me even more. He is in the 40th percentile for growth right now. Which doesn't mean much right now, since it is still pretty early, but I am hoping for a small baby because my stretching stomach is beginning a little painful and uncomfortable. Everything looked great in the ultrasound, a happy, healthy, little mover. We got a DVD of the ultrasound of our baby boy, which is fun to see him open his eyes and mouth and move all around. I guess that means its time to start decorating the nursery and start buying clothes.
(Ultrasound pics- waving hand, foot kicking me, profile pic, hands pulling feet up ready to suck on those toes)
After the appointment Shea and I bought a few things to celebrate our baby boy. Names are all up in the air, as of right now. But I have decided that I may try to do a jungle animal kinda theme for the nursery. I can't wait to welcome this little guy into the world, I just hope the time will fly by ... because right now time is dragging on.
We have moved into the new apartment and love it, it is so much nicer and bigger. It feels so nice to be settled and we are getting the unpacking done, slowly but surely. Now that we are in the new place I feel anxious for this little guy's arrival. I am trying hard to keep the money in the bank, but I just keep getting all these ideas for decorating.
