Easter Morning we had to wait for Daddy to wake. But we enjoyed "The Easter Bunny is Coming to Town" while we waited (via youtube). We had watched "The Easter Bunny is Coming to Town" a zillion times that week, but Easter morning they were more then ready to watch it again.
Finally we were all ready to go down stairs, and see if the Easter Bunny had come. AND HE HAD! Seeing the hidden eggs as they came down was the best part and who cares about baskets of candy when there is hunting to be had. (Lets just say that our egg hunting wasn't just done on Easter the next week the kids and I expertly hid and found eggs for one another!)
We spent the rest of the morning brunching on a big breakfast, and on our overflowing baskets of chocolate and goodies.
We tried on our new Easter clothes, fancy. But we didn't go to church due to conference so we didn't have to keep our fancy Easter clothes on long.
(We did a mini photo shoot later, to show off their Easter clothes! :)

She LOVES her new "GORGEOUS spinny dress". |
(And if your wondering why Connor didn't get in any pictures except one, it's because he was a little tired for photos... and most turned out like this.)
Later that afternoon we enjoyed Easter Egg Dying at the Martins and an Easter Dinner that night, with Uncle Joe and Daniel.
Egg dying is not all fun and games ... |
