After a few more chats via phone he was offered a position.
As exciting as it was it was nerve wracking to say the least as we weighed all our options from salary, to travel, to commute, to schools, to rent, to living conditions and more.
With this being the first of any offers it seemed risky but we heard lots of good about the company, my family was in the area, Shea was worn out with his internship (which ended up being one of manual labor and secretarial work), and to be honest Shea was done applying and done with waiting.
Therefore, we finally decided to make the plunge.
Prayer and the support of all our family helped bring us a little comfort as we began preparations to begin a brand new stage of life, and in some ways this would be the biggest change we have ever had as a family.
Rexburg has been our home for ... ever.
We love it sometimes, but most times were ready for something new.
And here it is.
Wish us luck!
