It feels good to officially have hit the 8 month mark!
As for me this month my doctor's appointment was quick and normal. Baby's heartbeat sounded good and healthy between the 130's and 140's, baby is measuring right on schedule. And was head down at the appointment although she is such a mover she has twisted around probably a hundred times since then. My next appt isn't till 36 weeks (they normally do an appt at 34 weeks but with such healthy pregnancies he didn't see a reason making me make an extra trip to Idaho Falls for the quick basic 34 wk appt), I am fine with waiting for 4 weeks for my next check up. Especially considering she is such an active little girl, so I never really worry about her, because she is constantly reminding me she is there.

At 32 weeks baby is continuing to grow and grow, online it says ...
She's starting to get ready for her big debut, tipping the scales at almost four pounds and topping out at just about 19 inches. About the size of a squash. She now has toenails, fingernails, and real hair (or at least respectable peach fuzz). Her skin is becoming soft and smooth as she plumps up in preparation for birth. She is getting ready for her descent and likely in the head down position. In these past few weeks, it's all about practice, practice, practice as she hones the skills she'll need to thrive outside the womb — from swallowing and breathing to kicking and sucking. And speaking of sucking, your little one has been able to suck her thumb for a while now. Something else to note: As more and more fat accumulates, baby becomes less transparent and more opaque. In fact, she'll gain a third to half of her birth weight during the next 7 weeks as she fattens up for survival outside the womb.
Sibling Update:
Connor used to ask me when my belly would go away, now it seems as if my belly is around for good ...
C: I didn't spill anything it's all in my belly. So my belly is growing really big like Mommy's is. For-Ev-ER!
C: "Mom can I kiss the baby?" ... "I can be soft like this." (He proceeds to slowly pat my belly.)
Both Connor and Bella love poking my belly, every now and then. Bella pokes it saying "poke poke" kind of like "knock knock". They think it is hilarious and especially like to poke it when I can't do much about it, like while I'm strolling the grocery cart. And if they ever see my belly button (which has been poking out for months now), they love to try and poke and push it back in.
Bella doesn't really think much of "baby", but she loves to point out Mom's belly. And point and tell people "belly" in a funny deep extended voice. I think it is so funny because she has this proud little smirk on her face when she says it. It makes me think she says "belly" and points at it in efforts to show off how big her Mommy's belly is. I kinda love it.
