Update:
Our baby Bells is quite a shy princess. Strangers try to charm her with silly faces and sounds as they hope to bring her to smiles. And all that work is never in vain. She makes all their work worth it with a giggle or too. We are constantly told how beautiful she is, and we can't disagree. I am just in love with this little girl's contagious smile. She is definitely not as outgoing as Connor was, and takes some warming up before she is comfortable with a new face or place. So with her nervous and shy little nature comes a clingy, fussy girl. Fortunately, it doesn't take her long to fall for the people around her. Bella doesn't stray far from Mommy, and if she can't see me then you might hear a wail. Our baby bells is not itching for that freedom as Connor did from day 1, she is careful and calm. She takes her time and doesn't mind just sitting and playing or observing a new place. Bella is also very brave she likes being thrown in the air and tries to attack the vacuum and ride it, she doesn't mind the dark and intentionally crawls into Con's room and starts playing at night, or climbing in dark nooks. Tries to find ways around things: underneath, over, or around.
New Discoveries: Stairs, Using toys as stepping tools (not intentionally putting them as such but using them if they are there), Sipping Straws (which is why her straw sippy has become a hit),
Milestones

Movement:
WALKING! Just before 11 months she started getting braver, but throughout month 11 she has really started moving. It is fun to see our baby girl become that much more independent.
Standing up on her own. When she tips when she is walking she does a funny half somersault and stands up from there.
With all this new independence she has proved to be a drama queen. She needs LOTS of encouragement and stumbles need wholehearted hugs. She likes to hold your finger and let you lead her, so as to give her a little more stability. So if you lend a hand don't expect to see her walk all on her own anytime soon.
Clapping. I love her new discovery. After she walks or as she stands on her own she gives herself a little applause and I can't help but clap with her.
Food:
She enjoys baby food for breakfast and nurses for lunch and dinner. But has snacks in between. We are introducing milk and are having mixed results. And hoping for some consistency so we can wean her :) Her straw sippy is our biggest success this month!

Opening drawers
Playing with the remote control
Pulling all the wipes out of the container
Climbing up Connor's slide
Clicking her tongue, like Daddy taught her (it is a happy excited sign)
Singing, when Mommy sings or when she gets tired
DISLIKES
She is a pincher. So beware. (Mommy is her most common victim.) And Bella doesn't like to hear the word "no" or "ouch", it usually brings her to sniffles or tears.
We have tried milk just a little and she isn't a big fan, which worries me a little (I guess I should be grateful for water and solids)
She hates to be alone
Anything over her head or trapping her: blanket, hamper (Connor's doing), or the pack n' play
